I trained as a chef in classic French cuisine under Madeleine Kamman, and I also am the former Manufacturing Director of The Silver Palate, a gourmet food company in New York City. In addition, I have catered parties both large and small, taught cooking to adults and children, and have had recipes published in cookbooks and magazines. Most importantly, I am the mom of two grown children who love good food!
